Estimator. I led a team effort response to a RFP for Program and
Construction Management at a state controlled recreational resort. The
program called for road rehabilitation, new vehicular and pedestrian bridge,
water treatment facility upgrades, new lighting in ROW, new theater, hotel,
etc. As the representative from the firm taking the lead, my responsibilities
were to partner with several team member contractors to develop the estimate
and the schedule as well as other program services and the final fee. Project
was shelved.
